Shilpi Sharma is a technologist who loves to build software and support fellow technologists. She is currently working as a Manager of Software Development in DocuSign Inc. She calls herself an explorer. She not only continuously explore new technologies, architectures, but also new places and cultures. She has worked as a technologist in different countries for example Philippines, Vietnam, Ecuador, India and now US. After a decade in this ever evolving tech industry, she truly knows how to solve customer problems through software and product development.

She is committed to promoting Women in Tech by volunteering at events like Grace Hopper Celebration and speaking to various Women in Tech about relevant issues. She is in the Women In Product Development committee in DocuSign. Academically, she did her undergrad in Computer Science from India and finished her Masters in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon. She is a voracious reader. She has read more than 250 books. Some authors on her shelf are Daniel Kahneman, Malcolm Gladwell, John Greene. She is a food enthusiast, so if you see her daydreaming, she is probably thinking about what she wants to eat.
