Ashley Stove is a web and software developer for Aptera Software in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She has worked as a developer for over 5 years, and is a new mom of one. She led her organization’s women’s group for several years, where she helped organize community events for children to learn more about coding, worked to improve diversity and inclusion within the workplace, and helped to promote the professional development of the women in the group. She is passionate about empowering women, inspiring girls, finding work/life balance, and honing her craft as a developer.
