Morgana Carter is a Data Scientist at Intel Corporation. Her professional projects have focused on People Analytics, Market Intelligence, and Systems Designs. Outside of work, some of her personal research topics include sports analytics, data visualization, and civic data analysis.
Initially beginning her career on Wall Street, Morgana has worked for the United States Congress and served as the Deputy Director of Targeting and Data for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Morgana also worked for a health care association, where she played a lead role in the organizational response to CMS Physician Quality Reporting System changes stemming from the Affordable Care Act.
Morgana received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Cornell University. Currently, Morgana lives in Portland, OR where she enjoys running, trying new restaurants, and participating in spirited discussions about city planning policies.
