Maia Ottenstein is a multifaceted designer, passionate about design for positive social impact and dedicated to creating user-centered solutions. As the Digital Experience Design Lead for UX Research on The DICE Group at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Maia works to create innovative solutions for patients and healthcare organizations. Originally trained in product design, Maia values the need to consider the full life cycle of a project from the both the context of the end user and the producer.
