As the inclusion & diversity leader, he serves as the senior business partner to corporate executives and leaders and develop the enterprise strategy and plans that align to the organizational priorities that impact our people and business.
Franklin also works closely with clients to explore opportunities to align with their diversity hiring, compliance and supplier diversity goals. TEKsystems’ efforts have enable them to outperform industry averages for placement of diverse technology talent across 6000 clients.
