Karen Gordon is the CEO and Founder of WE DESIGN THINK, 50 ACTION 50, and CEOFluency. All three companies focus on having people, teams, and entire organizations innovate to create new economic value. Karen’s career has encompassed leading teams to move billion dollar plus business through a digital transformation in the areas of travel, newspapers and telecommunications. Karen has done four startups that have been acquired. Her deep knowledge of technology and commercialization has enabled her success. Karen also is a judge for the University of Chicago’s MBA social venture challenge, and is a five year mentor & instructor at 1871. She sits on the governor’s advisory board for college and career readiness, and is highly active in STEM education.
